Your Key Activities and Experiences gained in Learn IT Do IT program:
My primary objective in this program was to lead all the three assigned projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion. I attempted to coordinate the project planning and develop key performance metrics to monitor the progress of the development lifecycle for the web applications for my client. As part of the project deliverables, I documented detailed requirements for these projects in the first week. To accomplish this, I was expected to study the application requirements, understand the client’s business from their existing system viewpoint and make Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document. Thereafter, I did recruitment for the project teams, and planned & scheduled the development lifecycle. I was involved in project architecture design reviews, constant monitoring of the project progress, and risk mitigation.
